WHO SHOULD EVALUATE OR BIOPSY YOUR SKIN?
NOTIFICATION OF EXTENT OF SKIN SCREEN
The purpose of your skin screen visit is basically to offer and give you a quick check to advise you if anything needs to be done with the particular skin lesion(s) that you are concerned about. It is not intended to be a comprehensive, full body skin cancer screening visit for the complete documentation of all of your skin lesions or for recommendations, if any, for the treatment of your skin or skin lesion(s).
If your skin lesion(s) needs more evaluation and possible treatment and if you do not currently have a local primary care physician), CUBA SKIN INSTITUTE will refer you to local physicians and medical groups.
CUBA SKIN INSTITUTE is a non-profit humanitarian public-private effort in healthcare services related to educating people about proper skin care as well as the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions,
including skin cancers. Ongoing national research
furthers our efforts to continually improve skin disease diagnosis and treatment.
